Publishing Ethics and Misconduct
The Journal of Engineering Research (Libya) is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics. We take all necessary measures to address any misconduct and ensure high-quality scientific publishing and trust in research results.
All submitted papers undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers evaluate research without knowing authors' identities, and authors do not know reviewers' identities to ensure absolute neutrality.
Rigorous checks for originality:
- Plagiarism detection using PlagScan software.
- Strict evaluation against research data falsification or image manipulation.
- Removal of non-compliant articles at any time, even post-publication.
Publication in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential building block in a coherent network of knowledge. All parties, authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers must agree on the expected ethical standards to ensure academic integrity.
