All published articles in the Journal of Engineering Research (Libya) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are properly credited.

2. Author Rights & Duties

Rights: Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right to publish.

Responsibilities:

  • Full compliance with CC BY 4.0 terms.
  • Securing permissions for any third-party content.
3. User Rights & Duties

Rights: Users may read, download, copy, distribute, and link to articles freely.

Responsibilities:

  • Give appropriate credit to authors and the journal.
  • Avoid misrepresenting or using work in a misleading context.
4. Exceptions and Ethical Use

Third-party materials included in articles may not be covered by the CC BY 4.0 license. All uses must uphold academic integrity principles.
