الملخص

يُستخدم اللحام بين المعادن غير المتجانسة بشكل شائع باستخدام لحام قوس التنغستن بالغاز، ولا سيما لربط الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ مع الفولاذ منخفض الكربون في تطبيقات مثل محطات توليد الطاقة، وتجميعات المبادلات الحرارية، وصناعة السيارات، وإنشاء خطوط الأنابيب. ومع ذلك، يُعد اللحام غير المتشابه عملية دقيقة وأكثر تعقيدًا من اللحام المتجانس، وذلك بسبب الاختلافات في الخواص الميكانيكية والمعدنية للمعادن الأساسية. تؤثر معلمات اللحام، مثل تيار اللحام، وسرعة اللحام، ومعدل تدفق غاز الحماية، ونوع معدن الحشو، تأثيرًا كبيرًا في جودة الوصلة الملحومة النهائية. ولذلك، فإن تحسين هذه المعلمات يُعد أمرًا ضروريًا لتحقيق أداء لحام موثوق. وفي التطبيقات الصناعية، تُستخدم تقنيات متعددة لتحسين معلمات اللحام، سواء كانت أحادية الهدف أو متعددة الأهداف، بما في ذلك تصميم التجارب (DoE) والأساليب المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي. تقارن هذه الدراسة بين تحليل الارتباط الرمادي المعتمد على طريقة تاجوشي (GRA) ودالة الرغوبية (DFA) بوصفهما تقنيتين لتحسين متعدد الأهداف في لحام قوس التنجستن للمعادن غير المتشابهة بين الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ (AISI 304) والفولاذ منخفض الكربون (EN10130)  وتشمل معلمات اللحام التي تم دراستها تيار اللحام، وتركيب غاز الحماية، وحجم معدن الحشو. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن تحليل الارتباط الرمادي و دالة الرغوبية خلص إلى أن الوصلة الملحومة التي تم إنتاجها باستخدام اعدادات المعلمات: 120 أمبير، وحشو لحام بقطر 2.5 مم، وغاز حماية أرجون نقي تمثل الإعداد الأمثل. كما أظهرت الطريقتان دقة أعلي لتنبؤ تحليل الارتباط الرمادي بصفر خطأ بينما تنبؤ دالة الرغبة بلغت 4.25 % والتي تجيز دقة مقبولة للتنبؤ.
