General Policy

A peer-reviewed, open-access journal published under the CC BY 4.0 license.
Authors must submit original, unpublished research.
Authors are fully responsible for legal issues regarding copyright infringement. The journal bears no liability.

Ethics & Integrity

Plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate publication will result in immediate rejection/retraction.
A similarity index above 20% may lead to desk rejection.
All sources of financial support or research funding must be explicitly disclosed.

Manuscript Formatting & Typography

Submit in Word (.doc/.docx) format.
Paper size: A4 with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
Paragraphs must begin with a 0.75 cm indentation.
Max length: 25 pages (including refs/appendices).
Pagination: Centered at the bottom (Times New Roman, 12pt).
Subheadings must be numbered hierarchically (1, 1.1).

English Manuscripts

Font: Times New Roman
Main Title: 14 pt. (Bold, Caps).
Section Titles: 12 pt. (Bold, Caps).
Body Text: 12 pt. (Regular).
Spacing: Single line spacing.

Arabic Manuscripts

Font: Simplified Arabic
Main Title: 16 pt. (Bold).
Section Titles: 14 pt. (Bold).
Body Text: 14 pt. (Regular).
Spacing: Single line spacing.

Tables, Figures, and Illustrations

Must be integrated within the text as non-floating images (not at the end of the manuscript). Number them sequentially and use an 11 pt font size for their content.

Paper Structure Requirements

1. Title Page & Abstract

Title: Up to 15 words. Followed by authors' names, affiliations, and emails.
Abstract: Maximum 250 words, followed by 3–6 keywords.
Arabic Papers: Must include a full English version of the title, author(s), affiliation(s), abstract, and keywords.

2. Main Sections

• Introduction: Problem, objectives, framework, and previous studies.

• Methodology: Design, sample, tools, and procedures.

• Results & Discussion: Objective presentation and critical interpretation.

• Conclusion: Key insights and actionable recommendations.

3. References & Declarations

References Style: The journal strictly adheres to the IEEE referencing style (numbered sequentially).
Conflict of Interest: Include a declaration using the journal's standardized form before the references list.

Submission Method & Requirements

Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively via the online submission system. Submissions must include:
